2. Vintage Embroidered Nursery Panel – Starting bid $25

Picked up at an antique store ~30 years ago, a delightful juvenile design. Approximate size 47″ long by 33″ wide. Unknown fiber content – probably linen or cotton.

Donated by Debbie Bretschneider

3.  Vintage Yukata and Obi — Starting Bid $40

Never worn cotton yukata and contrasting obi purchased in Japan 55 years ago.
Donated by a friend of Monica Cavallaro.

History of donated Kimono & Obi from the donor:
The kimono is cotton. The official name for it is yukata, a type of kimono worn in summer only. It is a simple kimono (or yukata) my mother gave me when I left
Japan but it was kept in a trunk with the rest of my kimonos. With 2 little ones and working full time, when did I have time for it, right? Mom and I went to a
department store (like Macy’s here) to buy it. I actually did not want/need it but my mom insisted that I take it with me. I hope your group will be able to use it
somehow. If they want to share the piece for patchwork (as an example), they can wash it first (if they are like me although it is clean) but no dryer.

4.  Reversible cotton women’s princess seam jacket, size 8-10 — Starting Bid $40

A Laura Koehler original.
Donated by Laura Koehler.
