Workshop: Boro Sampler
Japanese mending techniques are used to repair and strengthen garments and textile items. When left visible, the repairs are also decorative. In this workshop, participants create a sampler of mending techniques seen in Japanese Boro textiles, and then will repair or embellish a garment or textile of their choice.
