Membership and Event Purchases via the PenWAG online shop are in general final and NON-REFUNDABLE
There are some limited exceptions granted on a case-by-case basis in the event of hardship or error. (For instance, if a network glitch causes you to purchase to be resubmitted, resulting in an accidental doubling of your order).
If you have issues with a membership purchase, please email email@example.com for assistance.
Workshop and Event registrations are transferrable. You may transfer your registration to another person, and they may reimburse you for no more than the amount you paid for your registration (in other words, no “scalping”).
If you email firstname.lastname@example.org we can let you know if anyone is on the waiting list for the event.
PenWAG DOES NOT HANDLE NOR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY EXCHANGE OF FUNDS INVOLVED IN SUCH TRANSFERS.
If you do wish to transfer your registration to another party, email email@example.com with the details of your registration, and to whom you wish to transfer it.
Failed/Erroneous transactions in the PenWAG online shop:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org in the event the online shop displays error messages, refuses to accept payment information, or otherwise glitches. We will endeavor to solve your problem as quickly as possible.
